Hello all! Very excited to be launching our first ever recipe blog hop! What is a blog hop you ask? Well, you can find out by visiting my Two for Tuesday Recipe Blog Hop page for a complete explanation, but basically, it is a way to link together various real food blogs so that you can enjoy many new real food recipes that you might not have been exposed to before!
Right now, A Moderate Life, Girlichef, Health Food Lover and Beth Stedman are teaming up to share the Blog Hop with their audiences. If you haven’t been to their blogs before, then you certainly should, as they are tremendously creative cooks who are passionate about health and food and all are taking steps to cook more real food.
So, please link a recipe or two using the linky tools below and your link will be shared over 4 different blogs and with 4 different blog audiences. Recipes should include healthy ingredients and can be old or new recipes or posts. Articles on real food information are also welcome. Each participant’s link will be tweeted and stumbled by each of the blog hosts to increase your exposure.
Please use your best blog carnival etiquette and use the URL to your post, and not your blog landing page. Please post a link in your article back to the blog you are using the Linky Tools with and if you want to, please share one of the badges listed below to promote the Blog Hop. We would ask you to subscribe to our feed and Tweet the Blog Hop as well if you would be so kind!
Here are two Two for Tuesday Recipe Blog Hop Badges to choose from!

I hope you enjoy this blog hop and see an increase in your traffic as well. Please visit my Real Food sister sites for tons more Real Food inspiration! This week, because things are crazy, I am sharing my Lickity Split French Onion Soup and Last Minute Breakfast Greens. Bon Appetit!
Here is the linky! You may post up to two Urls for each blog participating. Please leave a comment below after you have linked up explaining what your link is about and sharing the real food love! The linky is OPEN for a FULL WEEK so If you come for a late visit and still want to link up, please feel free to do so!
This linky list is now closed.

Hi Alex-
This is an exciting recipe exchange! I love a bargain, two for the price of one, and heck it’s all free anyhow! This week, I’ve included my recipe for a Banana Date Milkshake, which is a summer staple for me, fast and frosty and good. I’ve included a variation for the dairy-free crowd which is surprisingly milk-like. And just in case there’s anyone out there who hasn’t heard of it yet (I thought I was the last one), one-ingredient banana ice cream. Beat the heat with bananas!

Hey Alex & everyone,
Well, I’ve added only one recipe for “pizza on bun”, but I did feed 12 people with it the other day! It was easy and fun, too.

Hi Alex!
There are some great looking posts up already!
I’m sharing two uses for one double batch of sourdough. Delicious Sourdough Pockets are a perfectly portable and delicious lunch food but would also be great for dinner. The rest of the bread became our everyday sourdough loaves and a nice batch of dinner rolls.

Hi Beth! So glad you could hold down Europe for us in the blog hop, which is TRULY global in nature~! That is so very cool. Enjoy the soup, it really is simple as pie, which is actually a lot more complicated than this soup!

Yummy michele! Cauliflower is such an underrated vegetable when it comes to versatility! I already adore eggs and bacon, so adding in a little cauliflower as a switch up from greens sounds divine! Thanks for holding down under down for us in the very international blog hop!
