Hello all! Are you ready for another recipe blog hop!? What is a blog hop you ask? Well, you can find out by visiting my Two for Tuesday Recipe Blog Hop page for a complete explanation, but basically, it is a way to link together various real food blogs so that you can enjoy many new real food recipes that you might not have been exposed to before!

Right now, A Moderate Life, Girlichef, Health Food Lover, Renderinglard, Frugalcrunchychristy A Little Bit of Spain in Iowa and Beth Stedman are teaming up to share the Blog Hop with their audiences. If you haven’t been to their blogs before, then you certainly should, as they are tremendously creative cooks who are passionate about health and food and all are taking steps to cook more real food. This means you get exposure to seven blog audiences for the price of one link, so we should really rename this 7 for Tuesday! :)

So, please link a recipe or two using the linky tools below and your link will be shared over 7 different blogs and with 7 different blog audiences. Recipes should include healthy ingredients and can be old or new recipes or posts. Articles on real food information are also welcome. Each participant’s link will be tweeted and stumbled by each of the blog hosts to increase your exposure.

Please use your best blog carnival etiquette and use the URL to your post, and not your blog landing page. Please post a link in your article back to the blog you are using the Linky Tools with and if you want to, please share one of the badges listed below to promote the Blog Hop. We would ask you to subscribe to our feed and Tweet the Blog Hop as well if you would be so kind!

Here are two Two for Tuesday Recipe Blog Hop Badges to choose from!

Here is the linky! You may post up to two Urls for each blog participating. Please leave a comment below after you have linked up explaining what your link is about and sharing the real food love! Your bacon and eggs sounds wonderful!

Thanks for the tips! I will have to try the molasses next time. I am just delving into this “whole foods” thing (so big and so much info!) and although I improvise all the time with recipes, I haven’t done it as much with the sweeteners (molasses, honey, maple syrup, etc.) much because I don’t what ratios to use with liquids as compared to dry sugars. And I do half/half flours all the time, I don’t know why I didn’t think to do that with these. :)

With the organic peanut butter, I use the Kirkland/Costco variety and the package says to refrigerate after opening, so the peanut butter has never really “separated” because it is cold. So I don’t think that would have been a problem?

And I didn’t know that cookies made with love are good for you. That’s good to know. ;)

Thanks again for all your help! I really appreciate it!

Hey all, thanks so much for linking up to the blog hop this week! The recipes just keep getting better and better and we have a real great mix of bloggers every week! I love to explore the new blogs and try interesting recipes so this is totally great for me! Both Rendering Lard and Beth Stedman share highlights from the blog hop, and I will start sharing a few of my personal favorites on my Thoughts on Friday link love post. I really love all the recipes and it is so hard to choose! Take care and please keep coming back to the Hop! :) Alex

This week I’m sharing my recipe for an easy raw zucchini salad (if you don’t like truffles it’s just as tasty without). I’m also sharing my list for my favorite iPhone apps, like shopping guides for sustainable fish and non-gmo products.
