Welcome to the Hearth and Soul Hop at a Moderate Life!
I hope everyone had a lovely weekend and if you were celebrating Passover or Easter I hope you had a blessed holiday! I had so much wonderful food over the weekend I was in heaven! This week I was supposed to be on jury duty but it looks like that has been postponed, which is a good thing because I have so much going on and I am excited to be getting back into blogging as much as I can once things settle down! Thanks so much to everyone for being such good friends and bearing with me!

Love this bloghop! Thanks for hosting Alex. I just linked up my Burmese Peanut Balacahung recipe. I don’t have a good photo, but don’t let that stop anyone from trying out this recipe. It is surprisingly delicious and versitile! It takes a while to make I do admit, but it will last for about two weeks and can be added to salads, used as a side for rice and curry dishes and many other things, sometimes it is just eaten as is
