Hi, I found some great recipes among these. I started with the paprikash, and to be honest, it’s not at all how I make it. I learned it from a Hungarian lady, and she said they don’t use olive oil but sunflower seed oil, and don’t serve it on rice, but on noodles or something similar to gnocchi (flour, salt and water mixed and cut with a spoon into boiling water), but your version sounds and looks delicious also! And why not try something new once in a while, right? I have recently become a beluga caviar fan; I secretly wake up at night sometimes just to have a spoonful or two as a midnight snack, but I was wondering if you could present an interesting or easy recipe that contains caviar in your next featured recipes post? It would mean a lot! Thanks!!
